Kristy and Kyle’s wedding plans were a whirlwind! Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, they canceled their Texas August wedding. Sadly, they also canceled an amazing honeymoon to Croatia. However, that did not stop these two lovebirds from marrying in an intimate ceremony in Jackson Hole!
With the help of his mom, the groom and bride planned the whole elopement in just a matter of weeks. They secured a location, hired a photographer, florist, makeup and hair artists, and planned many more details. They chose to marry at the Wedding Tree in Kelly, Wyoming. I love that eloping in Jackson Hole is so easy for destination couples!
Just like other weddings, Kristy and Kyle’s day did not happen without a few hiccups. Unbeknownst to us, there was another wedding, with nearly 50 guests, preparing to start their ceremony at the Wedding Tree that was reserved for Kristy and Kyle! I’m so impressed with the way that the bride (and others) handled the situation!
After the other couple’s ceremony concluded, we started setting up chairs. The other couple offered their wedding aisle flower arrangements. They matched Kristy’s wedding bouquet nearly perfectly, so we put them next to the chairs. After the ceremony, they shared a bottle of champagne and toasted to each other!
Cindy Dahlin performed the wedding ceremony which was so lovely and emotional. The element I loved most about this particular wedding was that Kristy and Kyle were surrounded by their loved ones. Isn’t that what really matters? Kristy and Kyle shared their vows encompassed by many of their closest loved ones. They each had parents and godparents in attendance. It was such a unique and heartwarming experience that I will never forget!
