When clients first reach out to me, they have many of the same questions. Today I wanted to answer a few in a FAQs post!

FAQ 1: Do you photograph only weddings?

Janelle & Co specializes in weddings and elopements, in fact elopements are my absolute favorite! I love the romance and adventure that accompany each one. I also photograph families, seniors, and some commercial work. In 2018 I doubled the number of families I photographed and purchased studio time to offer indoor sessions. I also have a passion project donating free portrait sessions to Breast Cancer warriors and survivors. As a breast cancer survivor, this is very dear to my heart! 

FAQ 2: What is your pricing?

This is definitely a common question. Because pricing can update frequently, I invite you to check out the Investment tab on my website. This will give you the most up to date starting prices available. For a complete pricing guide, email me and request my current Bride Guide or Portrait Guide!

FAQ 3: Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available, and can be adjusted to your specific needs. I require a contract and reservation fee to book your wedding date! Then, I typically space payments out every few months so all payments are made in full one month prior to your wedding date. If additional accommodations need made, we discuss those together.

FAQ 4: Will I receive a digital images and a print release?

YES! When I was choosing a wedding photographer, it was very important to me to receive digital files and printing rights. I continue to desire that when hiring a photographer for my own family portraits, so of course I offer it for my clients! Digital files are uploaded into an online gallery for easy download. A print release for you and your spouse, immediate family, and future posterity is included. A USB may be purchased.

FAQ 5: How long until photos are delivered?

Wedding photos are delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding date, often much sooner. During the busiest wedding months, it may take the entire allotted time. Family and Portrait sessions are 2-3 weeks. But don’t worry, I will send you a sneak peek before then. I know how excited you are to see your pictures!

FAQ 6: Where are you located and do you travel?

I am located in Rexburg, Idaho and serve all of East Idaho, Jackson Hole, and beyond. Over half of my weddings each year are located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Grand Teton National Park. I welcome the opportunity to travel and have photographed weddings in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, traveled to 9 other states and 3 countries. I’m available for weddings and elopements worldwide! My current bucket list includes places like New Zealand, Thailand (again), Banff, and Hawaii.
