The blog is a collection of wedding and elopement highlights sharing your beautiful stories. It also includes wedding planning tips and inspiration.
Cassee and Andrew were married in May in Oregon. Their weddings was one of the first weddings to be altered because of Covid-19. Grand Teton National Park canceled all of the wedding permits for May weddings. It was such a bummer to have this happen for them! Because May 14th was such a special date for them, Cassee and Andrew still got married in Oregon. However, they also made plans to come out to Jackson Hole later in the summer. So, we still photographed some couple portraits in the location that they originally intended to marry!
Last year they had made a trip out to Grand Teton National Park to choose the location for their wedding ceremony. Cassee and Andrew had collected a few pine cones from Schwabacher’s Landing. She then included those pine cones in her wood flower bouquet! I loved that thoughtful little touch. They did a week-long trek from Oregon to Colorado. The day that we did their pictures we met at sunrise and it was absolutely perfect! I really should do more sunrise sessions in the Tetons. We included a few pictures of their little pup with them! Because dogs are not allowed on the trails in Grand Teton National Park, we stayed right next to the parking lot for their pictures with Remington. Keep that in mind if you’re thinking about including your pups in your elopement!
