Beth and Colton had the sweetest wedding amid COVID-19 restrictions. They originally had planned a big party with over 100 guests, but had to minimize their guest list because of Idaho’s gathering restrictions. They made the absolute best out of getting married during a pandemic, a theme that I am coming across more and more.

Loft 745 Wedding Venue

Their ceremony took place on one of the hottest days of the year with a crazy high percent relative humidity. They were married in an outdoor ceremony at Loft 745. Loft 745 is a wedding venue in Rigby, Idaho with both indoor and outdoor areas. Beth purchased her dress from Margene’s Bridal, which was absolutely stunning on her! Colton had a full three-piece suit with touches of green, his favorite color.

Heartwarming Wedding Toasts over Zoom

Something heartwarming from their wedding was that the bride and groom’s best friends participated in the toasts. Neither Beth’s maid of honor, nor Colton’s best man could make it to the wedding. When it came time for the best man’s and the maid of honor’s toast, they gave them over the phone and Zoom. The master of ceremonies held up the microphone so that everybody could the heartfelt toasts. There were people from all over the country attending the wedding via Zoom!

Unique wedding details

Beth and Colton had lots of Dungeons and Dragons jokes during their ceremony! They also had a Zelda and Link cake topper. But my favorite was all the funny poses with their bridal party always had to do with dinosaurs!

They opted not to do a first look, but to hold hands around the corner of a door frame before the wedding ceremony, which I thought was really cute. Beth thoroughly thought of all the necessary details for her wedding day from having masks and hand sanitizer available, to personalized fans with the wedding party information/schedule for the day, and bubbles to blow as the newlyweds walked down the aisle.
