The blog is a collection of wedding and elopement highlights sharing your beautiful stories. It also includes wedding planning tips and inspiration.
Omshri and Corey had a beautiful wedding ceremony at Wedding Tree. Surrounded with their closest friends and family, their day was perfect. Their wedding was officiated by their good friend who traveled to Jackson Hole, WY to participate in their ceremony. The love of Omi’s dad and sister, Corey’s mom, and their two friends surrounded them during their intimate Grand Teton destination elopement. The weather has really been playing with us all season long this year. We brought some ponchos and an umbrella just in case, which luckily we didn’t have to use for very long!
Omi’s wedding dress was absolutely stunning! It had a beautiful pink champagne colored underlining, which added a beautiful element to her design. Tanya Crocker did her hair and makeup and I always love how Tanya’s brides look when she’s finished. The yellow wildflowers were in full bloom for their July wedding, which lent another colorful and bold addition.
After their wedding ceremony, the newlyweds shared their first dance on the hillside facing the Tetons. These two popped some bubbly and shared toasts. With their guests, they enjoyed the yummiest cake from Buttercream Design Co. They had engraved champagne glasses and cake cutting and serving utensils. This is such a fun way to still incorporate some of the traditions in your own intimate elopement! Eloping doesn’t mean sacrificing the things that are still important to you, it means incorporating them in the most meaningful of ways.
Next, we traveled to Jenny Lake and got there for the perfect lighting. We got to have the beautiful sunglow light at Jenny Lake in the meadow and had the mountain show up perfectly at Schwabacher’s Landing. These two were adventurous enough to get in the freezing cold river and Omi’s train looked beautiful floating on top of the water. I’m also a sucker for blue suits because I think that they look so good at Schwabacher’s Landing and in other places in the Tetons as well!
I’m so thankful that these two chose me to photograph their intimate Grand Teton destination elopement. Are you considering eloping in Grand Teton National Park? Check out these planning resources!
