The blog is a collection of wedding and elopement highlights sharing your beautiful stories. It also includes wedding planning tips and inspiration.
We all love those beautiful detail shots on wedding days filled with important memories. They are a fun way to look back on the small but important wedding details. Flat lay portraits are some of my favorites to take, and are always a great way to showcase all the little details you worked so hard on planning. I’m going to help you make sure you’re prepared for all those beautiful pictures! Here’s a look at all the perfect things to make a flat lay photo everything you want and more.
Above all, don’t worry about running to Michael’s for anything extra, your flat lay portraits will come together and be perfect. We’ll talk about some of the more sentimental items being included, and we’ll make sure that those pieces are showcased. Maybe you’re including special heirlooms from family members that have passed on. For instance, like your grandma’s veil, or wedding ring. In addition, maybe a romantic gift from your soon to be partner for life, or your favorite pair of shoes. Whatever is special to you, let’s make sure it’s included in your big day.
On your wedding day, I’ll show up to make sure we get the big moments captured. First, we’ll get some getting ready images, then flat lay portraits! I’ll have you bring a few things to make sure we get all the good stuff captured.
Remember, while the details matter, it’s most important for you to be present on your day, and not worry about all the little things. So leave that up to me! Throughout your day, I’ll be the one that takes that burden off your shoulders. I’ll be the one that ensures your day is captured in an authentic and real way.
