Choosing destination wedding vendors is a big task. But don’t worry, we’ve totally got your back. I get asked on every call for vendor recommendations. We share our list of highly trusted vendors to help your day be complete. From wedding planners, officiants, florists, and beauty specialists, to cake designers, caterers, DJs, and any other Jackson Hole Elopement vendors help you need.

Destination Photography Location Selection

Maybe you’ve never been to the Tetons before, or didn’t get to explore it to the fullest. Good news! I know all the prettiest locations, which ones are the most secluded, and which ones are available for ceremony permits.  I include photographs into my location guide, along with names so that you can know exactly which locations we’re discussing! While lighting and weather can affect how each of these locations look, you really can’t go wrong in the Tetons.

Want water and mountain views? I’ve got a few locations in my back pocket! Prefer a more intimate ceremony without other park goers looking on? We know the places with the least traffic. Don’t care about the other people, just want to most epic views that are easily accessible? We know those too! Thinking about making it an adventurous day and hiking up to a secluded spot in Bridger-Teton National Forest? You can count on us to help choose the best hike for your fitness level.

Custom Timeline Creation

This is one of my favorite aspects of our initial consultation! The amount of hours you choose will depend a lot on what kind of documentation you want. Things to consider when creating a custom timeline are: Getting Ready Photos, Boudoir Session, First Looks, Ceremony, Couple Portraits and how many locations you want to visit, First Dance, Dinner, Toasts, or other Reception Coverage. A couple wanting a more intimate elopement typically plans on 2-6 hours of coverage. A larger wedding with guests, or more coverage typically book 6-8 hours of wedding photography coverage.

Using your top location choices, I’ll create several custom timelines for you to look at. If you’re working to fit into a specific package budget, we’ll create multiple options within those guides and show you what is possible! These sample timelines include information like when sunset is, how close location choices are, and the time we’ll use to take photos at any given location.
