These two had all the absolute sweetest details for their Jackson Hole Micro-Wedding. They really thought about everyone attending and the things that were so important to them. Their wedding day went so quickly and I was sad when it ended.
During their getting ready time, the couples mother’s read letters from their soon to be in-law children. Ruth wrote a letter to Christopher’s mom, and Christopher wrote one to Ruth’s mom. They both lost their dads, so this moment was especially poignant for them. Ruth read the letters to them out in the balcony of the Grandview condos at Snow King mountain resort. Later in the evening, each guest had a special and private letter from the bride and groom. What a thoughtful gesture!
The bride had a fun first look reveal with her female attendants and their reactions were so sweet and heartfelt!! I’m a huge fan of these moments! The couple opted to have a private first touch and read special letters to each other at that time also. They didn’t want to see each other so we found an area they could have a slight barrier but still be able to hold hands and hear each other. Ruth has been writing in the book for the last 9 months, “letters to my husband”. How amazing will that be for their children and grandchildren to get to read through and see the love these two share.
The rest of the day was such a whirlwind. They had an intimate ceremony at Schwabacher’s Landing. It’s one of the most popular sites for ceremonies, and fills up quickly. So they were really lucky to get it! It’s one of my favorite places in the Tetons, probably in the world. However, I also love other locations for photos and so we headed to Mormon Row for couple portraits afterwards. If you’re on the fence about locations for your wedding portraits, I can help you decide!
Unfortunately the Jackson Hole Winery no longer hosts private wine tastings with catered dinner for wedding groups. But it was the perfect space for this intimate wedding dinner and dancing. If you have the opportunity and enjoy wine, you can still have public or private wine tastings at their location. The White Antler helped get everything set up and did a really wonderful job. It had a beautiful boho and classy vibe! Dinner by Tiny Town Culinary was exemplary as usual.
A big shout out to their other amazing vendors. The team members from Hair & Makeup by Tanya LLC – Olga & Danielle. Florist JH Flower Boutique. And Michaela Andrus with Video. These vendors are all on my preferred vendor list, you will not be disappointed! Need help knowing what vendors to choose? Schedule a call with me about your event and let’s make it incredible!
