These two had a true Glacier View Turnout Elopement! None of their family or friends knew their of plans to get married while in the Tetons.  I don’t know how they kept the secret! They drove from California to spend several days exploring Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. And got married in the middle of it all!

Glacier View Turnout Elopement

Their Glacier View Turnout Elopement was beautiful and simple. After their ceremony, their officiant, Cindy Dahlin, had them introduce each other to us as “Husband” and “Wife”. I love that she has couples do this because they get the biggest and happiest grins on their faces when they do! Marriage is such a blessing when done between two people who cherish each other and treat one another with love and respect. I love this song called “Tuesdays”, and it says, “love isn’t the good days, or the hard days, it’s the Tuesdays”. It’s the everyday things that make marriages last!

Moose at Schwabacher’s Landing

I’m so grateful that Becca and Scott chose us to document their elopement. It was so special to be a part of and witness their union. And these two are the sweetest of people! After their ceremony at Glacier View Turnout, we headed to Schwabacher’s Landing for additional couple portraits. Here, we got photobombed by not one, but TWO moose! It amazes me how close some people are willing to get to these huge animals – please don’t be like the tourists we saw that night. Keep your distance! With the right focal lengths on a camera, you can still get photos of the animals without invading their personal space 🙂
