The blog is a collection of wedding and elopement highlights sharing your beautiful stories. It also includes wedding planning tips and inspiration.
Celebrate your special day with Janelle & Co’s Wyoming Elopement Photography. Shaman and Zachary had a spectacular intimate elopement ceremony in the heart of the Tetons. After their first look and ceremony at Wedding Tree, they opted for photos in two additional locations – Mormon Row and Jenny Lake. As a Jackson Hole wedding photographer, I’m deeply familiar with the surrounding area. As such, I offer location recommendations and timeline help to all my photo clients so their day flows as close to perfect as we can make it!
Shaman and Zachary opted to have a small elopement ceremony at Wedding Tree. The only attendees were her parents, and her father walked her ‘down the aisle’. Their ceremony was officiated by none other than the wonderful Cindy Dahlin of Jackson Hole Wedding Ceremonies, who I’ve worked with on countless occasions now! I highly recommend her whether you’re planning a wedding or elopement ceremony in the Tetons.
After their ceremony, the newlyweds popped a bottle of champagne to spray and drink in celebration! It started to rain on us just a little at Mormon Row, but luckily the clouds moved along quickly as to not dampen the day too much.
Wedding portraits at Jenny Lake was a high priority for this couple, so we all drove into Grand Teton National Park to end the night. Jenny Lake becomes one of my favorite locations in the fall. By the fall, the water has receded, leaving plenty of space along the shore for couples and families to pose. This location in the early parts of summer is very full and has more limited access along the shore line.
