Hannah & Trey found me while looking for a Wyoming Elopement Photographer. They planned a ceremony in Jackson Hole with portraits in a few different areas of the park. Because of their group size, they opted to have their wedding ceremony at The Wedding Tree in Kelly. They also planned everything in less than 7 weeks, so The Wedding Tree gave them the most flexibility with date and timing.

The week of their wedding, we noticed that rain showers were showing at 100% chance on their wedding day. Normally we just kind of work through stuff, but because it was near the end of wedding season, I had more flexibility in the my schedule. I messaged her and asked if there was any way she wanted to do part of their portraits 2 days before their wedding. It was a bit of a scramble getting the videographer lined up too, but I’m so so glad we did. Even though their wedding day still turned out to have much better weather than anticipated, it worked out so much better.

We got the dreamy golden light at Mormon Row for their first looks. Their boys were happy and cooperative, and we were able to not be rushed during their family portrait time. Then the end of the night we finished with creamy and beautiful light at Schwabacher’s Landing. Some of my favorite wedding pictures this season are from their wedding. Simply stunning!

The Wedding Tree Ceremony in Kelly, Wyoming

On the day of their wedding, we did all the rest of our planned coverage! We met at their hotel for getting ready photos where Hannah’s mother and mother in law helped her get ready. Trey and his family all took a shot before heading out. At The Wedding Tree, Hannah and her dad shared a first look.

It started raining just a bit but the majority of the moisture stayed away. And the mountains kept peeking out from the clouds. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome with the given forecast. We were able to take family and friend photos, as well as a few with Hannah’s beautiful dog. Thank you lovebirds for letting me document your incredible wedding!
