Madison and Becker’s engagement session at Schwabacher Landing was pure magic. This incredible location in Grand Teton National Park offered everything we could want for nature engagement photos: dramatic mountain views, lush greenery, and a peaceful river winding through the valley.
We scheduled their session for a July afternoon when the sun was shining bright and white fluffy clouds dotted the sky. Schwabacher Landing is one of those rare places where every angle offers something spectacular. The iconic Teton range served as our backdrop while the couple celebrated their newly engaged status in style.
Madison looked absolutely stunning in her white strapless dress that caught the breeze perfectly, while Becker added a personal touch with his Teton-themed belt—a subtle nod to the landscape surrounding us. These small details made their nature engagement photos even more meaningful and connected to the location.
July in the Tetons can get warm, especially in full sun, so we employed several strategies to keep Madison and Becker comfortable. When the heat became intense, we ducked into a shaded grove of trees, which provided gorgeous dappled light and relief from the sun. The contrast between the bright mountain meadows and the cool forest created beautiful variety in their gallery.
The finale of their session was absolutely worth it—they waded into the shallow river, creating some of the most romantic and refreshing images of the day. The cool water was a welcome respite from the summer heat.
