A Snow King Mountain Proposal was the perfect way for Aiden to ask Annie to marry him! This sweet couple got engaged at the top of Snow King Mountain Resort surrounded by colorful wildflowers and breathtaking Wyoming views. I was honored to capture every moment of their surprise engagement.
Several weeks before the big day, I scouted locations to find the ideal spot for their Snow King Mountain Proposal. Since Aiden and Annie needed to stay near their lodging, I explored the mountain thoroughly. I sent Aiden pins, pictures, and detailed directions to access the most private and scenic area of the mountain. This planning ensured everything would go smoothly on proposal day.
On the day of their engagement, I rode the gondola up Snow King and positioned myself carefully. The southern mountaintop was completely empty, giving them total privacy. I pretended to photograph wildflowers while they walked toward the chosen spot. Aiden guided Annie into position and dropped to one knee. She said yes! New wildflowers in vibrant colors surrounded them, creating a naturally beautiful backdrop for this special moment.
After the proposal, we captured photos in the southern mountain area among the wildflowers. We then moved to Snow King’s north side to photograph them with the Tetons visible in the distance. Some clouds and wildfire smoke obscured the peaks slightly, but the views remained stunning. We took a few shots as they boarded the gondola and continued the ride down. At the mountain’s base, we finished with a few more portraits before they headed off to share their exciting news with family and friends over dinner.
