Chelsey and Logan’s Jackson wedding photos perfectly captured their love story against the breathtaking backdrop of Wyoming’s iconic landscapes. This late July celebration at The Wedding Tree blended western elegance with mountain grandeur in the most beautiful way.
The couple’s wedding day began with an intimate moment that set the tone for everything to follow. Though they chose not to see each other before the ceremony, Chelsey and Logan shared something even more special—a private vow exchange where they held hands back to back, hearts connected even as anticipation built. Her uncle officiated their ceremony, adding a deeply personal touch to their commitment.
When Logan finally saw Chelsey walking up the aisle, she was absolutely stunning in a lacy sleeveless dress with a deep neckline that embodied western glam perfectly. He looked handsome in jeans, a crisp white button-up shirt, and a brown leather vest that complemented her style beautifully. Her bouquet featured an engraved leather sheath wrapping, a unique detail that reflected their aesthetic.
After they said “I do,” Chelsey surprised Logan with a custom stamped cowboy hat—a moment that brought huge smiles and perfectly captured their personalities. Throughout the day, they honored loved ones who had passed on through thoughtful photo displays, keeping those special people close to their hearts during the celebration.
Following their ceremony in Bridger-Teton National Forest, we embarked on an unforgettable journey to capture their Jackson wedding photos throughout Grand Teton National Park. Our first destination was Mormon Row, where the couple had dreamed of photographing their love against the iconic rustic barn and sweeping fields. The golden light illuminated the historic setting as Chelsey and Logan embraced, creating images they’ll treasure forever.
We continued to String Lake, where the bridge provided a stunning architectural element amid the natural beauty. The couple posed together while mountains reflected in the calm waters behind them. Next came Jenny Lake’s wide-open shoreline, where they climbed onto the rocks by the water’s edge. We created dramatic veil shots here, with the fabric dancing in the mountain breeze as the Tetons stood majestically in the background.
Family portraits and photos with their best friends—who are also a couple—added warmth and connection to the day’s story. These images captured not just Chelsey and Logan’s love, but the community surrounding and supporting them.
As evening approached, we headed to downtown Jackson Hole for one final location: The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. Its famous neon signage provided the perfect western touch to end their portrait session, blending vintage Jackson charm with contemporary celebration.
From forest ceremony to mountain adventures and downtown neon lights, Chelsey and Logan’s wedding day showcased everything that makes Wyoming weddings extraordinary. Their attention to meaningful details, willingness to embrace adventure, and genuine love for each other created a perfect foundation for stunning photography.
