Teton Wedding Portraits are my favorite thing to photograph. There I said it! Outdoor elopements and wedding portraits are just so chill, that it really works for me. Sulema and Francisco had a ceremony back home, but still wanted to celebrate their wedding in the mountains of Grand Teton National Park.

Wedding Couple Ring Exchange

Surrounded by their family, they shared a first look together. Then they exchanged rings at the TA Moulton Barn as the early fall sunshine started slowly lowering in the sky. The golden fields complemented Francisco’s camel brown suit and let the wedding couple stand out. Mormon Row can accommodate the most guests out of any of the Grand Teton National Park ceremony locations, but not everyone wants barns in their pictures. If you don’t want barns included, there are still so many great places at Mormon Row to take wedding portraits. It is surrounded by fields of grass so just take you pick! Do you want fields with trees, fields with mountains, fields with fences? Mormon Row is the place for you to take your pictures!

Teton Wedding Portraits

Following their ring exchange and family photos at Mormon Row, we headed to our second location. I highly recommend Schwabacher’s Landing for Teton Wedding Portraits. It can get crowded, but the scenery is the end all for couples wanting water, trees, and the iconic Teton mountain ridgeline. Evening photos here are my favorite. The sun dips behind the mountains and we get the creamiest, softest light for about 30 minutes before the sun fully sets. You do have to watch out for the bugs though! The bride and groom were great – they could be serious, funny, romantic, all of it!
