Kellyn and Brandon were such a joy to work with on their wedding day. These two were also super chill about their wedding day. Even knowing that the Tetons were not super visible on their wedding did not deter them from having a great time. They had so much joy in being together. They were finally husband and wife. These two had a beautiful smoky Teton Elopement at Wedding Tree.
My husband came along with me for this wedding and it was just so much fun to have him along as well. We helped provide transportation for Kellyn and Brandon because car rentals have been hard to come by. I think that it was really nice for Brandon to have another guy there in order to like feel more comfortable and just have another man to talk to.
This wedding couple eloped without any guests. So, my husband and I were able to be the wedding witnesses for them! Their beautiful ceremony was officiated by Tom Jordan. I’m so sad that Tom Jordan is retiring this year and will not be officiating additional weddings for 2022, except for the ones that he had already booked. What a beautiful ceremony that he had to share for Kellyn and Brandon.
I picked up the flowers for Kellyn’s bouquet from Bluebird Noie’s Floral. She really wanted sunflowers in her bouquet because she absolutely loves them. The bride and groom had their first look at the Snow King, which is where they were staying. He headed to the bar a little bit early and grabbed a drink. When we were ready for the first look, we got him set up by the big bay windows and it was such a fun time doing some new things with them. We took some photos on the stairs looking down and more.
They had their ceremony at wedding tree which is part of the Teton Bridger National Forest. Unfortunately, because of the smoke coming in from wildfires on the west coast, we were not able to see the Tetons during their ceremony. I love that Wedding Tree is beautiful anyways. After their wedding ceremony, we took photos at Mormon Row and Blacktail Pond Overlook and then headed into town to take some with the elk arches. I’m so glad that these two chose me to document their wedding day, and that we have the opportunity to celebrate them and their new marriage! Wishing them many many years of happiness and abundance!
