These love birds chose to have a Winter Vow Renewal in Jackson Hole. They’ve celebrated a decade of marriage and adding to their family. Charly and Randy have stuck through demanding careers and all the other changes that life throws that them. So, a vow renewal was something they wanted to do to solidify their commitment to each other all over again.
First, we started their session at the famous Antler Arches in downtown Jackson Hole. Then popped into the Cowboy Bar for a few photos. Afterwards, we headed out to an open view of the Tetons. The mountains had been covered almost the entire day by low hanging clouds, but we got so lucky! The clouds mostly dissipated and the sun came out just enough to make their photos pop.
Because it was just the two of them, they wanted to have an extra special element to their ceremony. They asked Judd, who is an incredible musician, to officiate their vow renewal. Even with the cold weather, he was willing to bring his guitar out and perform two wonderful songs! It was for their winter vow renewal in Jackson Hole. It leant for the most romantic moment for the couple to share a private dance together after they read their vows.
Listening to their special vows, made me realize I wish I had shared vows with my husband. And then I wondered where I would even begin to write heartfelt vows because meaningful words don’t always come super easy to me. So, I sat down and thought about the things that have made for the best vows and toasts I’ve heard over the years. And then, I wrote them all down here so that other couples choosing to share vows have a place to start!
