Beach Honeymoon Portraits

Shelby and I met via Instagram. Thank you good old social media! I looked up hashtags relating to the local area we were spending time in and sorted it by most recent. I scrolled through and reached out to a few individuals offering a quick photoshoot with a few images to download. We couldn’t make all of the opportunities work due to schedule, but I’m so glad to have met Shelby & Jesse. They were just married on another beach in Puerto Rico and were now celebrating their honeymoon in Luquillo.

I had to take the opportunity to photograph some portfolio work on these beautiful beaches. If you can take your business with you, might as well! One of the best perks of being a destination photographer is getting to travel new places and still make a living that supports my family. As we explore a new city, state, island, or someday a country even, it’s imperative for me to be able to bring my business along.
