Trendy and Colorful Bridals with Beaded Wedding Dress
Several months ago I was shopping at The Dress Shop Rigby for one of their $10 dress sales. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I ended up walking home with five dresses that day that each cost $10. I knew instantly that this dress was meant to be mine. There’s no way I’ll ever fit into it, but it was meant to be hanging in my closet so I could use it for a photo shoot!
These classic details are absolutely stunning. And on Jacquelyn they just glowed. With intricate bead work and classic lines, this dress beautifully showed off Jacquelyn’s toned arms. Her husband Beau borrowed this dynamic blue suit and completely rocked it. I met Jacquelyn at at the gym through a friend, and invited her to model for me. I am so glad that they were willing to do so! Working with married couples is always special because they are so comfortable and genuine with each other. I can give them small prompts and then they take it from there.
Confetti Poppers in the Studio
Because the weather was pretty crummy when we were planning this photo shoot I wanted to do something inside with the backdrops again. I was blown away by how bold and vibrant this shoot turned out. The Venue Studios in Rigby, Idaho has a gorgeous all white space. They also have a prop room with several colored paper backdrops. I purchased a $5 confetti popper from Walmart and it was surprisingly hard to open! If using confetti outdoors, the paper needs to be biodegradable. These poppers are not biodegradable and needed to be used inside. This was so fun and it makes me want to do more with confetti in the future!
