Neva and Scott’s September wedding was beautiful, and filled with so much love and happiness. I had a wedding already booked for their day, but I had one of my fantastic associate shooters fill in, and they had a blast together! They spent the beginning of their day at the Rexburg Temple, getting married. Then later, moved the party to the Atrium for their reception.
Neva and Scott had a few ideas for their bridals, so we did those before we did their engagements actually! Neva’s grandfather owned a horse drawn carriage and was going to sell it soon, so we needed to be quick. Luckily, it worked out great and she was a princess who had found her prince!
Neva and Scott’s wedding started at the Rexburg Idaho LDS Temple. The weather was beautiful and it was the perfect day for their September wedding. They went inside to be married, as we all anxiously awaited the moment of their arrival as now husband and wife. Neva looked gorgeous in her long-sleeved lace wedding gown, and was glowing as she made her arrival as married woman! Scott was full of smiles and joy.
After they were able to talk with friends and family for a while, we got some family photos. Later, we took the party to the Atrium for their cozy, indoor reception.
The Atrium is filled with incredibly elegant decor, located in Hemming Village in Rexburg, Idaho. Most importantly, it was an incredibly beautiful location and perfect for Neva and Scott to celebrate with friends and family.
Throughout the event was filled with delicate touches, that made their day that much more special. The couple’s chose wood and lace accents throughout the event. Later, we noticed a collage of their bridals with a beautiful heart made of string. It was such a special way to show off their pictures, and I loved the symbolism of the heart made of string. When I looked at that heart, it was as if they were showing all the ways that a couple can be different, but still come together to make something so beautiful, and uniquely theirs.
Neva chose orange and reds for their wedding colors, it was a fun pop of color for their fall wedding. It was a beautiful way to incorporate the season’s colors. Above all else, Neva and Scott’s day was filled with love and laughter, spent with friends and family celebrating together.
