The day after Hari proposed to Sandhya, we met up at Mormon Row to take some additional engagement photos. The lighting was beautiful for them and I love the trendy outfits that they chose for this first location. Need engagement outfit and posing ideas for your Teton engagements? This blog is prime Teton engagements inspiration for summer couples.
They brought three outfits along for their engagement photos! They chose outfits that would stand out against their backdrop without clashing. I can’t even tell you which outfit is my favorite because I love them all. But if you really twisted my arm, I’d have to tell you it would be their last outfit at Schwabacher’s Landing. Check out more outfit and posing inspiration!
We decided to do some photos in the tall grass that is next to the barns and Hari pulled out the exact same picnic blanket that I have! We both bought on Amazon! I’ve since then bought two other awesome picnic blankets from Costco. Pendleton blankets that provide a little bit more padding and durability and I love them so much! Having a blanket or something else for an engaged couple to sit on brings them both to the same level. These can make for some really romantic engagement photos and wonderful Teton engagements inspiration.
After photos at Mormon Row we headed to Schwabacher’s Landing where we explored the path and took photos all along it. It’s easy to spend a lot of time at Schwabacher’s Landing because there’s so much variety in the scenery. About halfway through our time there, the engaged couple changed into their third outfit, which is my favorite. I loved the soft and natural colors that really complemented the landscape. Choosing what to wear for engagements can be really difficult and so I love it when couples choose inspiration from their surroundings. We were lucky to get some pinkish skies towards the end of their session too! All in all, the lighting was a dream to work with for both their proposal and engagement session.
Sandhya and Hari have a really awesome and natural chemistry. People get way into their own heads, worried about how they look. Just FEEL, have fun, be romantic, and I’ll worry about the rest! These two moved straight from one pose into another without me even having to tell them anything. But, they did it slowly enough that I could still document and capture that moment without having them need to redo it. Photographing their engagements was seriously so easy!
