When most people think of an elopement they think of a couple running off to Las Vegas without anybody knowing. Well this couple didn’t run off to Las Vegas, they ran off to the Grand Teton National Park. This amazing free-spirited couple elopes in an amazing sunset ceremony.
Bridal Boudoir before Ceremony
The morning of their elopement, I met with Kristin for a boudoir session. I love including these as an add on to your wedding day. Brides get ready so early in the day and then usually have some down time before the ceremony. It gives us the perfect time to work through a few boudoir outfits to surprise your fiance with!
Free-Spirited Couple Elopes
I’m not even sure where to start with this magical Schwabacher’s Landing elopement! These two didn’t want anything too posy and were all too happy to make out the whole time during couple portraits. Hey, we ain’t complaining! They planned for a sunset wedding ceremony and boy, oh boy did Jackson Hole deliver! The sun came out at the end of their intimate wedding ceremony by Hamish Tear at Yellowstone Secular Ceremonies, and lit up the sky. This has to be the most magical sunset I’ve experienced this season in Grand Teton National Park. It was the perfect moment for this beautiful free-spirited couple.
Adventurous Wedding Shenanigans
Because of the rain we’d had on and off all day, Schwabacher’s Landing was almost completely deserted. Another point for sunset ceremonies here too. So much more privacy. After exchanging their wedding vows, these two jumped in the river! Forget trying to keep a $260 dress clean, this is their wedding day. And things got spicy!! We LOVE a couple who isn’t afraid to show some PDA. Leave the stiff and posed photos behind and get adventurous with your wedding pics!
