Grand Teton Family Photography is one of the services I offer in Jackson Hole, Wy. It’s such a beautiful place to commemorate your family as you vacation. What a unique experience to get professional family portraits done in a place that will forever hold a place in your heart! I don’t share a lot of my family sessions on the blog, but I knew I had to with these!

Dramatic Landscape and Dreamy Dresses

This family’s mom knew that a vacation in the Tetons called for dreamy dresses as a contrast to the dramatic landscape. She absolutely nailed it with the outfit choices for the guys and gals. These beautiful dresses are from Joyfolie. With all of their extra volume you can see they are fun to twirl, dance, and run in. I also appreciated the lumberjack vibe for the guys. It was a great contrast that still complemented the setting.

Once this trip was in the plans, dad decided to make it extra special and surprise mom with a vow renewal. He coordinated with Pastor Ray and I to obtain a permit for Mormon Row on short notice. Mom only knew that family photos were happening (which she wanted to be epic!), and we let the cat out of the bag only once they arrived on site!

After their vow renewal ceremony with Pastor Ray, we took family photos at Mormon Row and Schwabacher’s Landing. We had the absolute best night for it, and everyone decided to get adventurous at the end. This will forever go down in my books as one of my favorite Grand Teton family photography sessions!
